Cutimed Siltec Sorbact B is a sterile, bacteria and fungi binding wound dressing designed to support infection control and healing. Built on Sorbact technology from the trusted Cutimed brand, it binds microorganisms rather than releasing antiseptics, helping keep the wound surface clean and comfortable.

• Sorbact technology with DACC coating provides a wound contact layer that irreversibly binds bacteria and fungi for safe removal, with no active agents released into the wound.
• Absorbent polyurethane foam includes superabsorbent stripes to manage exudate and help keep the wound environment balanced.
• Silicone adhesive border is skin-friendly and adjustable to minimize trauma and pain during dressing changes.
• Waterproof yet breathable backing film protects against external contamination while allowing excess moisture to evaporate.
• Indications suited for clean, contaminated, colonized or infected low to high exuding wounds, including surgical wounds, traumatic wounds, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers and leg ulcers, with use on superficial wounds.
• Wear time can be up to 7 days if the clinical condition allows, reducing dressing changes when appropriate.
• Box of 10 dressings available in all sizes (7.5 cm x 7.5 cm, 10 cm x 10 cm, 15 cm x 15 cm) to cover varying wound geometries, designed for reliable performance in clinical settings.
