Cutimed Sorbion Sachet S is a sterile, hydroactive, gel-forming wound dressing designed for exuding wounds. Its superabsorbent core provides high retention, while the hypoallergenic polypropylene outer layer protects surrounding skin and allows application from either side for flexible, comfortable use.

• Sterile and skin-friendly — the dressing is sterile, free of pharmacologically active substances, and free of binders or adhesives.
• High absorption and retention — absorbs significantly more exudate with high retention, helping keep the wound environment clean and dry.
• Dual-sided application — both sides can be applied to the wound for easy and comfortable placement.
• Wound cleansing effect — supports optimal healing conditions with soft debridement, potentially reducing treatment effort.
• Indications — suitable for moderate to heavily exuding wounds such as decubitus, ulcus cruris, diabetic foot ulcers, and other wounds healing by secondary intention; also useful for exuding postoperative wounds and fistulas.
• Ideal for compression therapy — high retention safely locks away exudate and germs even under compression.
• Wear time — can remain in place up to 7 days, depending on wound conditions and saturation.
• Size options — available in multiple sizes within a box of 10 dressings: 7.5 cm x 7.5 cm; 10 cm x 10 cm; 10 cm x 20 cm; 20 cm x 20 cm; 20 cm x 30 cm.
• Application and removal guidelines — avoid touching the wound pad when removing from its pouch; apply with either side down; remove by lifting a corner and discarding, with fixation chosen to suit the wound and skin.
