Molnlycke Mepilex Border Ag is an antimicrobial all-in-one foam dressing designed for medium-to-high exuding wounds, including leg and foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, malignant wounds, partial thickness burns, and traumatic or surgical wounds. It delivers rapid and sustained antimicrobial action to reduce bioburden, with pathogens inactivated within 3 hours in vitro and protection lasting up to 7 days. The dressing features Safetac® silicone contact layer for a less-painful dressing change, and its self-adherent design secures the dressing without bulky fixation.
