Biatain IBU Non-Adhesive is a soft, absorbent foam dressing designed to support moist wound healing while delivering gentle, continuous pain relief with a low-dose ibuprofen embedded in the foam. It conforms to the wound bed for effective absorption and comfort, even under compression.

• Unique 3D foam structure that conforms to the wound bed for superior absorption, including when the limb is compressed.
• Soft and flexible design with bevelled edges to help reduce pressure marks and maximize wearer comfort.
• Ibuprofen-infused foam containing 0.5 mg/cm² of ibuprofen, which is released into the wound bed when in contact with exudate, providing ongoing pain relief during wear (up to 7 days).
• Wound pain reduction supported by comparative studies showing less pain with Biatain Ibu versus dressings without ibuprofen.
• Broad wound applicability indicated for a wide range of low- to highly exuding wounds—including burns, donor sites, postoperative wounds, leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, and non-infected diabetic foot ulcers—and it is suitable for use with compression therapy.
• Composition consists of an absorbent polyurethane foam with ibuprofen evenly dispersed throughout the matrix, delivering consistent release as exudate is present.
