Smith & Nephew’s Allevyn Gentle Border Lite Multisite 8 cm x 8.4 cm dressing is a soft, silicone adhesive foam dressing designed for fragile skin and lightly to moderately exuding wounds. It combines a thin, conformable foam with a gentle silicone adhesive to minimize pain on removal and adapt to complex body contours.

• Thin hydrocellular foam core (approximately 2 mm) provides flexibility to fit awkward areas and body contours.
• Triple-action technology helps maintain a moist wound environment to support healing.
• Showerproof design allows the patient to shower with the dressing in place.
• Suitable for low to moderate exudate and a wide range of wounds, including shallow, granulating wounds, chronic and acute exudative wounds, and conditions such as pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, and diabetic foot ulcers.
• Can remain in place for up to 7 days (sacral areas up to 5 days), depending on wound condition and surrounding skin.
• Easy to apply and remove; the dressing can be lifted or repositioned without losing adhesion.
• Acts as a barrier to bacterial contamination, helping lower infection risk.
• Can be cut to fit awkward areas while ensuring the wound area remains properly covered.
