• Key-hole aperture for tidy fit – designed to wrap around the tracheostomy tube or stoma for a secure, comfortable seal.
• Size – 9 cm x 9 cm dressing to fit the typical tracheostomy site with a contoured profile.
• Materials – highly absorbent hydrocellular central layer with a non-adherent inner layer and a cushioned pad for comfort and protection.
• Outer film – pink, waterproof OPSITE film on the exterior helps prevent leakage and provides a barrier to bacteria.
• Breathable and skin-friendly – designed to be breathable while reducing maceration risk in the peristomal area.
• Application and removal – easy to apply with the key-hole design and simple, painless removal; can be cut to shape if needed.
• Usage guidance – not reusable and should not be used with oxidizing agents (e.g., hypochlorite or hydrogen peroxide) which can degrade the absorbent layer; can remain in place up to 7 days or until exudate approaches 3/4 inch from the dressing edge.
