• Open mesh silicone contact layer distributes exudate quickly and evenly to the secondary dressing.
• Gentle, secure adhesion minimizes pain on removal and helps protect epidermal cells.
• Adherent side to be placed on the wound with an easy peel-off liner; avoid overstretching during application.
• Overlap wound margins by 1–2 cm to ensure a secure seal on dry surrounding skin; if using multiple pieces, overlap without blocking the holes.
• Can be left in place for up to 7 days with a secondary dressing applied on top.
• Indications include skin tears, pressure injuries, leg and foot ulcers, traumatic and surgical wounds, donor sites, and burns (superficial to partial thickness).
