Mepitel delivers gentle, true undisturbed healing with Safetac technology—the original less-pain silicone adhesion. This transparent two-sided wound contact layer moulds softly to skin and won’t stick to the moist wound, making dressing changes kinder for patients while protecting new tissue.

The perforated design lets exudate pass through to a secondary absorbent dressing, and you can leave it in place to deliver topical treatments. With strong dressing integrity, it can remain in place for up to 14 days, and secondary dressing changes can be made without disturbing the healing process. It leaves no residue and maintains its functional qualities over time.
