Polymem Max Silver dressings are a non-adherent, highly absorbent wound care pad from PolyMem, a trusted brand in wound care. The Silver formulation absorbs wound fluids and releases silver ions to reduce microbial contamination while protecting healthy tissue and supporting comfortable healing.

• Silver formulation with small particle silver provides antimicrobial action; in vitro testing shows a reduction of 99.9% of organisms tested.
• Super absorbent: 60% more absorbent than standard-thickness PolyMem dressings and capable of holding up to 10 times its weight; quickly absorbs moisture and wound fluid, locking it inside the dressing in a gel form to help prevent maceration.
• Flexible and non-adherent: soft, pliable material that conforms to wound shape and will not stick to the wound bed, helping preserve healing tissue and reduce pain during changes.
• Functional moisture management: automatically donates moisture or absorbs exudate based on the wound bed condition; clinicians can add sterile water or saline to speed moisture donation or allow the dressing to draw fluid where needed.
• Continuous cleansing: reduces the need for wound-bed cleansing during dressing changes, minimizing disruption to newly formed tissue and saving clinician time.
• Configuration: designed to function as primary and/or secondary dressings with a thin film backing for versatile use.
