Hartmann Atrauman Silicone Dressing is a soft, permeable wound contact layer that protects the wound bed and minimizes pain during dressing changes. This single‑use dressing uses a thin PET mesh carrier coated on both sides with a polydimethylsiloxane‑based silicone gel to prevent sticking and enable atraumatic removal, making it ideal for professional care settings.

Designed for superficial, acute and chronic wounds with slight to moderate exudate, it can be used as a primary dressing with an absorbent secondary dressing, or as a protective layer on non‑exuding wounds and sensitive skin. The permeable carrier allows exudate to pass through while maintaining a protective barrier over the wound.
