Melolin dressing from the trusted Smith & Nephew Melolin range features a highly absorbent cotton and acrylic fibre pad heat bonded to a very thin perforated polyester film. This non-adherent, perforated film allows rapid drainage of exudate while protecting healing tissue, making it suitable for a wide range of wounds.
